our intro
FUTUREHOPE is a free, confidential service, 'helping people in crisis gain
hope and a future'. We focus primarily on young people ages 11-19*, in Hertford, Ware
& Welwyn Garden City, and also offer support to family and friends where possible. We
offer help with the following:
- substance misuse problems and addictive
behaviour
- mental health issues
- youth offending
- the effects of family breakdown
*Our service is open to every person, regardless of gender, sexuality, race, belief, or
ability - as a movement with a Christian ethos, we offer the additional option of
spiritual input, but this is up to each individual.

In June 2007, we moved into our new premises
in Castle Street, Hertford. We have an office, reception and a meeting room for groups and
1-2-1 work, complete with comfy sofas and a TV.
